I was curious who else out there is motivated to exercise
/ lift weights but is lazy about starting up again. Maybe
procrastination is a better description than lazy but
really they are close to the same. Perhaps my problem is

My routine (partial upper body-strength training) 7/19/2011
You want to get muscle failure on every set to gaurantee
maximum effect. So choose a higher weight that you can lift
and push to the ma
Bench press- 4 sets of 6
Incline dumbell press- 6 sets of 4
Incline pullover- 3 sets of 6
incline dumbell curl- 4 sets of 5
weighted tricep dip- 3 sets of 6

My favorite chest work out is the barbell bench press. I
think its the best way to build strength and add mass to the
